Dream home in real life

Last week we were driving around the historical part of town trying to find a home for one of Matt’s friends to rent. I am in love with this area. All of the homes are 1930’s and older and each one has so much charm.

While driving down the street we pasted this one home and I almost died. I am not exaggerating when I say this. I have found me dream home.

It is the most beautiful home I have EVER seen in my entire life. After seeing it, I kept thinking about how I know I have seen that house somewhere before… after we got home I started searching my blog.

Would you have known that almost 2 months ago I did a whole post dedicated to this beautiful home! I knew I loved it.

It looks just as perfect in real life as it does in the photos. The plants are really that green…I dream about this home... maybe one day I can have it. I'll start saving my change!

Dream Home

I have found my dream home... It is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I wonder if I could scrounge up enough change to purchase this beautiful $749,000 home.

Doesn't it look the the house in the movie Father of the Bride?

Beautiful Dream Homes

I am in love with old historic homes. I hope my next one is older than ours now. Our home was built in 1928, which seems new to some of the ones I have found so far. Why are all the cool old ones on the east coast? And they are affordable too!

There is something about an old house that gets my heart racing and makes me antsy! I’m like a little kid in a toy shop… or more like when I find a really good sale. I WILL live in a beautiful big home like this one day. It’s my goal.

Here are some, or more like 25, of my favorites I found. I want them… ALL!

There are so many beautiful ones! I would post them all, but who has time for that?!

Under the photo is the year and style of the home. If you click on it, it will take you to the information on the home.

1854 Colonial Revival

1907 Colonial Revival...This one is pretty, but I dont think I would want to call it home. To big and lavish for me. It is pretty though

1900 Colonial Revival... This one needs some curb appeal. Maybe some color and some gardens

1825 Colonial

1941 Colonial

1752 Colonial

1960 Georgian Colonial

1860 Antebellum

1912 American four square

1906 Farmhouse... What I would give for that wrap around porch!

1760 Colonial

1909 Colonial

1740 Colonial

Here is my dream home

But, if I had more money to spend, I wouldnt mind getting this one either
