Valentine's Day

Valentines Day is in 3 days.

Matt gave me gift this weekend. It's new lilac vine. He picked this out all on his own!! He also attached a peice of lattice for it to grow up.

It's very pretty. I love it. it reminds me of an English garden. I have always wanted an English garden... Matt doesn't like them to much though.

I think he doesn't know what an English garden is, but the name sounds really girly, so he decided he doesn't like it. Yet, the plants he buys fall into the English garden category...

I also discovered that bee's love the lilac vine... this is not good news. I HATE bee's. I'm trying to convince Matt to plant the vine in the front yard… in the flowerbed that doesn't require me to tend to it. This way, I never have to interact with the bees. Where the vine is now, the bee's are almost next to the back door. It's such a beautiful vine though…. Hmm… I took Matt shopping yesterday for some clothes. When this guy needs clothes, he is worse than a girl when it comes to shopping. We spent 3.5 hours trying to fine jeans! We tried JC Penny's, Kohl's, Mervyns, the Mall and 2 clothing exchange stores. I know we were shopping for him, but I managed to find a pair of Gap Jeans for 10$! Score!!!

We finally found what he wanted at Kohl's. Along with jeans, he also got some brown shoes and a nice button up shirt. He looks smoking hot!! Now he will be styling when he starts his new job in a few weeks.
