How To: Window Climbing Vine holder thingy

HOW TO MAKE A REALLY CUTE SLIGHTLY SHABBY CHIC THING TO LETS PLANTS GROW UP

Items you will need:

-Wire

-Wire Cutter

-Small nails

-Hammer

-An old window frame

-A distracted husband who has no clue what you are doing and just so happens to hate Shabby Chic stuff

Lets get started!

1. Get an old window frame, preferably one that has painting chipping off. (we found 3 very old ones in a junk pile. We had to break the glass out of it though.)




2. Nail small nails about 3-4 inches apart from each other, around the entire frame (you can nail them closer or further apart depending on the size of the screen you want)

3. Take wire and wrap it around the nail. Now, take that wire and wrap it around the nail directly across from it.

4. continue that until it resembles the photo below. The wire should all go in one direction.

5. Take the wire and wrap it around the next set of nails and start the process all over again. It will start to resemble the photos below.

6. Now add some extra wire on the back with some nails, for it to hang.

7. Hang it above a plant that will eventually climb and grown through the wire

Ta Da.... there you go. Now that is one cute slightly shabby chic climbing plant vine hanging window!
