There was a lot of rough housing being done… with rough housing, you know someone will get hurt. It’s inevitable. I don’t know why that person had to be me! We were playing a game of water volleyball that was being video taped, when I jumped out of the pool to get the ball. My brother thought this would be a perfect time to push me in (they were keeping score over how many times someone could get pushed in). When my brother came at me, I gripped on him for dear life… he then proceeded to throw me into the pool. Well my arms let go, but my legs did not and in return, only half of my body made it into the pool while the other half hit the side causing me to black out for a short period of time. I remember feeling the impact and thinking, “OMG, Can I move? Am I Paralyzed?” By the time I came up, my mom was swimming over and my brother was reaching down to grab me… the worst part ...ready for this?.. I came up with my top half on. By half, I mean one of my "girls" was hanging out… hanging out for all of my family and Matt’s friends to see. Not only did they get a show, but we have it all on camera too… it took a while to notice I was hanging out since I was still seeing stars when I was pulled out.. all I can remember hearing was my mom screaming , “Stevie, pull up your shirt!!!”… Matt claims he rushed right over to check on me, but the evidence shows (the video camera) him sitting on the steps, hugging a beach ball yelling at me, while I was blacked out, “Honey…you ok??”…. “Babe, get up...” Here is a photo of back a few hours after the accident... today it is slowly turning into a bruise...
Sunday we went to Aubrey’s 2nd birthday party.

I also watched P.S. I love you last night…by myself… crying the entire time. According to Jaime, the book is a lot better… I loved the movie though.
You know, books are almost always different from the movies. Like The Notebook… the book was way better than the movie. When I say the movie I didn’t care for it because it wasn’t the same as the book. That is probably how Jaime feels. Either way, I thought the movie was great.
Now it’s Monday and the start of another glorious work week… yippie

1. Your poor back!
2. I'm so glad I never read the Notebook cause I LOVE the movie. I think part of my problem with P.S. I Love You is that I don't like Hilary Swank.
3. GUESS WHAT MY MOM FOUND IN OUR KITCHEN????? The gosh damn dang blender!!!!!! It was in the VERY back of the cabinet that has our pots and pans. I KNEW it was in there somewhere, but all 3 of us looked!
4. Your husband is over here playing video games with Greg and Kenny. I might have to escape if they keep it up for hours.
