I feel like the weekend flew by… I didn't really get anything accomplished.
Friday, Baxter went to the Vet. It turns out he just had allergies, most likely due to the change of weather and winds we have been having lately. So he is on medicine now. While at the vet, they shaved the spots that he had the sores on. Now, he looks like a cancer patient with random spots of hair missing. At least it isn't anything too bad.
Friday we went to my friend Pam's house. She is the one who took Roger, who had now been named Max. Matt loves Max. Now I do I get hime to love Baxter?
Saturday, Matt and I want garage selling and then to look at a motorcycle he has been wanting. 6 hours later, he came home with the motorcycle
Matt used to have a motorcycle but he got rid of it before we moved to our house, to save some money… with gas prices going up, we have been talking about getting him another one since he will be riding back and fourth to work which is about 80 miles round trip.
When he brought the motorcycle home, he was the happiest boy ever! I like to see him happy.
Pam and I also went shopping for clothes. I got nothing! Everything out right now is all 70's style. C'mon, where are the non-70's clothes?? Do they even exist anymore?
Here are some photos of Hannah, Pam's cousin, and Aubrey. Aubrey will be 2 years old in 2 months. I can't believe how fast she has grown up.
Today we went to my Mom and Dad's house to help them with building a shed and gardening. We worked pretty hard!
Koko, my future Sister who my parents are adopting, went for a ride around the block on the motorcycle. She had a blast! My dad barely let her go, but Matt promised to just go to the end of the street and back and to drive slowly.
We brought the dogs with us. It's always so crazy with our 2 dogs and their 3. There is always a full house!
So that was our weekend. It flew by way to fast! Is there a rewind button somewhere?
We also set our clocks forward! When I get off of work now it will still be light enough outside to go for walks. I have been looking forward to this since… October!
