I had a hard time sleeping last night and finally decided to get up around 4 am…and go to the gym! That'll teach my body to wake up before it's supposed too!
So I get to the gym and walk for 5 mins to warm up. Then I did the elliptical machine for 80 mins… that's right 8-0 mins. I bet your asking yourself how many calories I burned in those 80 mins… well I burned 1020!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would ideally like to keep my food intake at about 1000 calories a day. This morning, I just worked off my entire day's worth of food!
Get me some tunes and a good magazine (or a skinny supermodel looking girl next to me going twice as fast) and I probably could have done another 1020!!!! But seeing as my legs were giving out on me, I knew it was time to go home. So I did.
