Guest Bath

Guest Bathroom:

I must warn you. After seeing this, you will all want to come and be a guest in my house just so you can use this cute bathroom. Don't worry. I will welcome each and everyone of you ANYTIME you want to visit!
Guest bathroom with new valance over the tub... how did I do that??!!! It's so cute! right =)

What you need:

  • 2 shower curtain rods
  • A shower curtain and rings

  • A piece of fabric the width of your bathtub
  • Some pins
  • Curtain rings with clips
  • Some music to dance too while putting this all together...

  • and NO SCISSORS.
I already had the shower curtain hung on it's own rod. Looks like a plain old bathroom...

I then folded a piece of fabric and pined it so it was the width of the bathtub.

Then with curtain rod rings, I clipped the fabric into the clippy part

Then I added a separate shower curtain rod about a foot higher then the one that is holding the shower curtain.

Then I added the curtain rings to the shower rod and wa-la!

You can open the shower curtain and the valance will still remain in the same spot!

I know this is better then any hotel bathroom you have ever stayed in! Plus it is decorated in vintage art. Vintage art is fun!

This also happens to be the same piece of fabric and curtain rings I used at my other house over our front door. Multi uses...why?? because I didn't cut the fabric! ! I miss my house....
