
100 days and counting until our cruise to the caribbean.
Now that the holidays are over and I am done traveling for a while, I am back to counting my calories and working out 4x a week. I have 10 lbs to lose. 13 lbs would be ideal, but if I cant get to 13, then 10 will be pleasing too.
In 14 weeks I have to wear a bathing suit. If I loose 1 lb a week then I will acheive my goal. I just have to tell myself that I did it once! I can do it again... and once I hit my goal, I want to NEVER eat again!
