I lost 3 lbs! I don't know how... but this morning I weighed myself and I was down 3 lbs. I think my working out is catching up to me... and I also found coffee =) Coffee has helped keep me full and energized so I find myself not snacking as much through the day! 6 lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight and 11 to my goal!

I really needed to see that -3 lbs on the scale.. I was starting to get discouraged!
